Sitting in Stockholm watching out from the window it is hard to believe it is soon time.

With lots of snow on the ground and snow still slowly falling down from the sky, the Allsvenskan season opening is actually just about two weeks away. The meteorological aspect is one of many question marks going into this season, but the answer to another question is the most important this season.

Djurgården stays in Allsvenskan
Following a real drama Djurgården qualified for Allsvenskan next year after beating Assyriska with 3-2 on aggregate. But the conditions before the second leg looked all but good for Djurgården.

Wonderful premiere evening
Djurgården opened the season with a win on Monday evening against Örebro SK at home on Stockholms Stadion. Midfielder Daniel Sjölund scored the only goal of the game on a penalty kick in the second half.
