FIFA:s beslut efter DIF-Union Berlin

Böter och reprimand är FIFA:s dom efter träningsmatchen mot Union Berlin. Djurgården Fotboll har i dag fått ta del av FIFA:s beslut efter den avbrutna träningsmatchen mot Union Berlin den 25 januari 2014. Djurgården tilldöms enligt beslutet, som kan läsas i sin helhet nedan, böter på 45 000 CHF samt en administrativ kostnad på ytterligare 3 000 CHF, i svenska kronor totalt omkring 370 000 kronor. Djurgården tilldelas utöver detta en reprimand från FIFA. Beslutet är möjligt att överklaga. – Inledningsvis kommer vi att be FIFA om grunderna för detta beslut, först därefter kan vi göra en bedömning av beslutet. Vi får återkomma med hur vi går vidare när vi har en tydligare bild av helheten, säger Djurgårdens vd Henrik Berggren. Union Berlin blev samtidigt bestraffade med 35 000 CHF samt en reprimand. FIFA:s beslut i sin helhet Regarding Incidents which occurred during the friendly match between clubs Djurgårdens IF and Union Berlin played on 25 January 2014 in Stockholm, Sweden. (Articles 65, 66 and 67 par. 1 and 3 of the FIFA Disciplinary Code) Decision The club Djurgårdens IF is found guilty of a violation of art. 65 let. B) and e) and of art. 67 par. 1 and 3 of the FIFA Disciplinary Code (FDC) in relation to the incidents which occurred on the occasion of the friendly match played on 25 January 2014 in Stockholm, Sweden. The club Djurgårdens IF Is ordered to pay a fine in the amount of CHF 45,000. The fine is to be paid within 30 days of notification of this decision. In application of art. 10 b) and art. 14 of the FIFA Disciplinary Code a reprimand is issued against the club Djurgårdens IF. The costs and expenses of the proceeding amount to CHF 3,000 shall be borne by the club Djurgårdens IF.
